Aditya Sivaraman

Aditya is a Principal at PruVen Capital. Prior to that, he was an associate at Battery Ventures where he focused on later-stage software investments, including growth deals as well as buyouts, rollups, PIPEs, and take-privates. Before Battery, Aditya was an analyst with Jefferies in Silicon Valley, where he assisted with M&A, as well as debt and equity transactions in industries including software, internet, communications, and semiconductors. He also built financial models, conducted valuation analyses, and performed due diligence. Prior to that, Aditya worked as a private equity and strategy consultant at Kurt Salmon where he advised both private-equity clients as well as large corporations. Earlier in his career, he was a hedge fund intern at Bridgewater Associates. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in economics and holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
