Carlos is currently co-Founder of Clicars.com, an online marketplace for used-car sales, the first of its kind in Spain, raising 1M€ seed capital from top Entrepreneurs and former Executives from Automotive, Banking and Insurance. Before Clicars, Carlos was Global Strategy Director of Automotive at Lumileds (previously Philips), after joining Philips Automotive as Director Marketing Strategy in September 2013. Before Philips, Carlos was a Project Leader in the Paris office of The Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, he specialized in Industrial Goods (mostly Automotive sector) and Financial Services. Before BCG, Carlos worked for 4.5 years in the automotive sector. He worked at Renault (Engine Tuning Engineering), at Mercedes-Benz USA (Customer Service department), and at the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (Electric/Hybrid/Fuel Cell vehicles). Carlos earned an MBA from Columbia Business School with Beta Gamma Sigma honors and graduated among Top 5% students in Industrial Engineering at Polytechnic University of Madrid.
