Originating from the South of England, Simon began work in the '80s in Electronic manufacturing with telecoms companies. Later was part of an early startup that was bought by 3com in the US. Simon was responsible for the product introduction from Sonix UK to the Global model. Later in 3com Simon managed 11 it engineers at the Singapore plant that he played a part in setting up. His role was SAP implementation, that was in 1997 when he moved to Asia. As manufacturing moved to China, Simon switched to logistics, in a startup regional team developing country teams. His electronic experience led to Simon being the top business development executive in BAX Global in 2005. He continued through the DB Schanker purchase of BAX reaching global solution manager for reverse logistics. In 2010 Simon embarked on a consulting career, starting with Aerospace at DHL and ending at Unilever, gaining retail experience from several well-known brands. He started up 'RITE Courier' in the Philippines and was developing a niche same-day delivery until 'GRAB' captured the marketing. Having leant his lesson, Simon now focusses on technology products and his latest venture is a recruitment disruption platform.
