Leon uses his knowledge, network and expertise to support our brands in creating world-class ecommerce platforms and industry-leading digital marketing. He has an unrivalled black book of digital experts from across the consumer space. At Piper he hosts quarterly GeekMeet skill-swap events attended by the UK’s top entrepreneurs and Ecommerce Directors. He has worked for the last 15 years as a specialist in e-commerce design and systems development. Having grown his own international web design agency in the late 90s, he joined Maximuscle in 2002 when the business turned over £7m. By 2010, when Maximuscle (a Piper investment) was bought by GSK for £168m, Leon had established the online and IT infrastructure and created a leading team of online marketeers, web and system developers to build and fulfil more than 20 global ecommerce sites for Maximuscle and was Head of Ecommerce at GSK.
