Joel Butterly

Joel Butterly is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Yale Law School, and the co-founder of InGenius Prep (www.InGeniusPrep.com). Joel and his team have bootstrapped InGenius to a team of nearly 350 full-time employees, 300+ part-time employees, and 24 locations around the world, completing their first private equity transaction in 2022 with Sterling Partners. In addition, Joel has founded several real estate ventures, including Topliff Peak Enterprises which current has ~$50m AUM, largely in mixed-use rental properties in Connecticut.
