Litigation: Acting as a legal representative to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in various cases, including a national key case concerning violations of construction regulations at the Expressway Project. She has managed cases such as a dispute of rights between the Investor and the toll collection unit at a BOT project in Quang Nam and a dispute over investment and project development rights between two large real estate enterprises in Vietnam.
