Fahad Ghaffar is a successful entrepreneur and businessman in the hospitality, real estate, and development industries. Born in Karachi, Pakistan, on January 1st, 1984, he grew up with the values of hard work, resilience, and humility. His mother instilled a strong faith, and his father taught him the importance of hard work. After completing his undergraduate degree in economics and finance at the University of Virginia, he began his career at Wachovia. Eventually, he worked with the CEO of the largest real estate group in the United States. In 2011, Fahad founded his own company in Tampa and completed multiple commercial real estate transactions. In 2013, he met John Paulson, which led to a partnership that resulted in the acquisition and improvement of several high-profile hotels in Puerto Rico. Under his leadership, these properties became some of the most profitable in the region. Fahad is also a passionate philanthropist and established the Fahad & Glenda Ghaffar Foundation in 2015 with his wife, Glenda. Through this foundation, they have donated over $10 million of their own money to various causes, including education, healthcare, animal welfare, and economic development.
