Naïma Chikhi

Dr. Naïma Chikhi is the Executive Director of Actural and a researcher specializing in cultural development and strategic policies in the Arab region. She holds a PhD in cultural policies from Sorbonne University and has an academic background in cultural management. In addition to her leadership role, she lectures at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and serves as a guest lecturer on GCC cultural policies at Columbia University. With extensive experience collaborating with international organizations and governmental bodies across the US, GCC, and Europe, she contributes to shaping cultural strategies on a global scale.
