Michael Motschmann

Michael Motschmann is a General Partner and member of the Executive Board. He founded the company together with Jürgen Kosch and his brother Cecil Motschmann in 2004 and has been an entrepreneur for over 25 years. Among other companies, he also established Nitrion GmbH, a market leader in surface finishing technology, and was Managing Director until its sale to the British firm Bodycote plc. in 2007.
