Christopher Choe

Mr. Christopher Choe currently serves as Founder, Chairman and Head of Investments at Capikris Foundation – which supports action in philanthropy based in Singapore. He is an active private and angel investor with a wide global portfolio in innovative environmental solutions, digital healthcare, financial technology and next generation computing. Christopher has over 35 years of investment experience and had been with the Los Angeles-based Capital Group (one of the world’s oldest and largest investment management organizations, with $1.7 trillion in assets under management) for 28 years. As a partner, he had served as an equity portfolio manager at Capital Group in its Capital International fund complex with a particular focus on Asia Pacific and emerging markets. He led the organization’s efforts as vice-Chairman in building and developing successful institutional business in Greater China. He has been awarded Fellowships at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and CPA Australia respectively. He is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Singapore Society of Financial Analysts.
