Natalya Meyer

Natalya Meyer is a business consultant at Confidante, a New York-based business development guide with a business law background. Confidante helps startups; businesses in transition, international businesses, people with ideas, talent development, and investors. Covering the US, Ukraine and other markets (via long-arm trusted connections). Natalya earned her Master of Laws LL.M degree in Global Energy, Arbitration and Environment from the University of Texas School of Law. She also holds a Juris Doctorate degree and an LL.M. degree in Business Law from the Kyiv National University of Economics. Natalya has assisted multinational companies in cross-border transactions in corporate finance, real estate and oil and gas practice areas in Ukraine. She also has experience as an in-house attorney in real estate practice and in a law firm in Houston, Texas. Natalya is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and keeps trying to improve her French.
