Ralph Faber is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 3Wave Optics, LLC. The company is focused on the development and manufacture of medical test equipment. Mr. Faber was President and CEO of NetOptix Co., a publicly traded company, which was sold to Corning Incorporated in May 2000. Mr. Faber served as Vice President and General Manager of Corning's Photonics Components business until 2003. He served as an executive in a large German-Swiss high-tech company for 11 years. Mr. Faber has been involved in several money raising ventures and serves on the board of several technology and health care companies. He is an active member of Boston Harbor Angels, a member of the Board of Trustees of Children's Hospital Boston, the Optical Society of America and he serves on several advisory boards at Boston University. Mr. Faber is also involved in multiple not-for-profit organizations in the Boston area.
