Brian Flynn

Brian Flynn co-founded Volaris (NYSE: VLRS), Mexico’s largest airline, and Casino Marketing Alliance, a travel analytics firm. He was previously a Managing Director at Bachow & Associates, the then largest private equity fund in Philadelphia, where he was focused on thematic investing, focused on wireless cellular technology and services. Mr. Flynn was also CEO of Innova Corporation, a leading telecom equipment company where he led a turnaround. Prior to this, he was a consultant at Bain and Company and also worked for DLJ in investment banking and GE Capital in finance. Mr. Flynn is a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate of Columbia Business School and a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Williams College. He was also a General Course student at the London School of Economics. He has served on various public and private company boards of directors.
