Sami Totah

Sami Totah has served in various positions at Amdocs over a nineteen-year career and in his last role served as COO and Senior Vice President. He was responsible for defining the company strategy, organization and direction. In addition, he had P&L responsibility for the Delivery Divisions and various departments including Global Operations, IT and HR. Prior to assuming the role of COO at Amdocs, Sami was Division President for the company and managed sales, marketing, product development and customer relations. Under his leadership, the division grew from 500 employees and $120 million in revenues to 1,600 employees and about $410 million in revenues. He was also involved in Amdocs' penetration into the Latin American market and the German market.
