Debbie Chang

Ms. Pui Vee Chang, also known as Debbie, is the Founder of Horizons Ventures Limited. In the early 1990s, Ms. Chang took part in incorporating Beijing Oriental Plaza. She has been directing business development in the Mainland China for a number of years and is a Director of Orient Overseas Developments Ltd. and Beijing Oriental Plaza Company Ltd. She has been a Non-executive Director of Tom Group Ltd. (formerly Tom.Com Ltd.) since October 5, 1999. Ms. Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from City University of New York at Hunter College.
