Jacob Bratting Pedersen

I am an experienced venture capital investor focusing on development and internationalization of technology companies. My primary focus is on enabling SaaS (Software as a Service) and other tech companies in entering hypergrowth mode. I am a firm believer in value creation through revenue growth. Currently I am on the board and work with a number of tech companies growing +80% YoY including OrderYOYO, Eloomi and Monsido. The skills I bring to the table include both operational and financial development. I am skilled in all phases of venture capital investments, and have sourced and executed a large number of investments and exits. I hold extensive M&A experience and have successfully exited 7 companies including exits to NASDAQ listed companies. As an entrepreneur I have co-founded two technology start-ups, held operational C-level roles in start-ups, and assisted start-ups in attracting venture capital financing. Internationally I have 5 years of working experience (New York and Israel). I hold a M.Sc. BA and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School and financial and entrepreneurial education from INSEAD, Harvard Business School and MIT.
