Michele Faissola is a global investment specialist and the CEO of Dilmon, a leading private family office. Faissola is a board member of several companies within a variety of vertical sectors: including retail, technology and energy. He also served as chairman of the board of the Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA), vice Chairman of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), and as a member of the board of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). For a large part of his career, Faissola worked at Deutsche Bank in a variety of senior roles. Throughout his 21-year tenure, he was a driving force behind putting the bank on the global investment map. He then joined the group wide executive committee, running one of four divisions of the bank, Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, with approximately $1.5-trillion of asset under his management. As co-founder of F.A.B. Partners, Faissola was actively involved in a range of significant investments aimed at superior returns across various asset classes. Specifically, he co-led the acquisition of CIFC, a Nasdaq-listed investment firm that has since become a leading asset management company specializing in credit products. He is now the CEO of a large family office. In 2020, Michele Faissola launched The Faissola Foundation to honor his parents, who dedicated their lives to promoting education. The foundation endeavours to make a lasting difference to the education of children and young people, providing them with the necessary study skills, learning habits, and motivation to proactively invest in their own futures.
