Oleg Boyko (Oleg Boiko) is the Founder and Chairman of Finstar Financial Group, a global private equity firm established in 1996, with US$2 billion in assets under management and a presence in over 30 countries. With more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience, Boyko has built a diverse investment portfolio, specializing in fintech, banking, real estate, retail, and media. Finstar’s focus on technology-based, data-driven alternative finance reflects Boyko’s vision to create innovative solutions that address the needs of underbanked and underserved populations worldwide. Throughout his career, Oleg Boyko has demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate restructuring. In addition to his business endeavors, Oleg Boyko is a dedicated philanthropist. In 2006, he founded a Paralympic charity foundation to support athletes with disabilities.
