His interests expanded — Marketing, Advertising, and properly Presenting Information: "How to spark interest?", "How to generate product demand?", "How to push even an unattractive service to the top of the sales list?" After graduating high school in 2010, he moved to Tallinn and enrolled in the same year at 'Tallinn University of Technology' (TalTech), which offers a wide range of programs across various fields, to pursue higher education. It was there he met his future supervisor, with whom he co-authored scientific papers on advertising psychology and user interaction. Subsequently receiving a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Advertising in 2013, Arnold continued his education by enrolling in a Master's program. He concentrated on Strategic Sales Management and Business Development through Quality Client Communication, successfully completing his full cycle of higher education in 2015. At the same time, Arnold completed two internships: 1. Internship at a local startup. Given TalTech's reputation as a center for tech startups and innovation, Arnold joined a growing tech company as a marketing intern. Marketing Strategy Development tasked him with boosting user engagement. This role allowed him to apply research theories in advertising psychology and UX principles. Arnold executed sales plans boosting app downloads and engagement. He adapted tactics to new tech markets, demonstrating skill! — Account Manager at TransferWise (now Wise): In 2018, Arnold transitioned to Wise, a fintech company known for its innovative approach to international money transfers. As an Account Manager, Arnold nurtured relationships with medium to large business clients, enhanced customer satisfaction, and expanded Wise's B2B segment. — Regional Sales Manager at Pipedrive: Arnold's journey continued in 2020 when he joined Pipedrive, a renowned CRM and sales pipeline software company, as a Regional Sales Manager.
