Believe you or not, since I was a little girl, I have been passionate about advertising. I started my career in 1994, at Salles agency, working with major local and global clients (P&G: Ariel, Always, and Pampers, besides Bradesco, Carrefour, Consul, Avon, and Phillips), deeply learning little by little what being and working in Planning meant – from that very first moment. After that, I went to Talent, which was a great school where I had the privilege of joining Júlio Ribeiro and José Francisco Eustáchio’s team. Following, I worked at LewLara. For more than 3 years, I took part of the impressive growth of the agency, accounting to the Planning of brands, including Natura and Banco Real, and providing them with strategies that were part of lots of people’s lives in Brazil. Constantly curious and provided with an insatiable desire to learn more, I became a client in 2004. Besides, in Banco Real Marketing, I took over the position of Advertising and Communication Planning Superintendent of one of the most admired brands in the country at that time. In 2006, I arrived at McCann, currently, WMcCann, in order to put into practice the hands-on Strategic Planning, which really works together with the client and agency team, and does not stop up to the moment it makes a real difference. Bradesco, MasterCard, Nestlé, Garoto, Seara, Estadão, General Mills (Yoki, Kitano, Betty Crocker), TIM, L'Oreal, Coca-Cola, among others, were clients during this phase of my life and career, which I am so proud of. I took part of key and relevant work in pitches, in Brazil and other regions, having already joined several important victories. After 12 years as a McCanner, it was time to embrace innovation in a real daily basis. Now, at Facebook, I lead an incredible team that helps agencies and their brands to achieve the best in connecting people.
