Jim Corman

Jim is a successful serial entrepreneur, angel investor, professor of entrepreneurship at Auburn University and most recently, angel network professional. After graduating from Auburn University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and earning an MBA from the University of Texas in 1977, Jim started what became a 31 year career of starting and building his own companies primarily within the telecom industry. After his first successful exit in 1987, Jim started his career as an angel investor. Over the next 24 years, Jim invested in 46 early stage companies as an individual angel investor. In early 2011, Jim organized the Auburn Angel Network and served as its initial chairman.
