Thomas P Ivanyi

An entrepreneur with commercial and investment banking background of more than three decades, Thomas P. Ivanyi is president and chief executive officer of Private Equity Direct, LLC. Mr. Ivanyi founded the New York firm in 2010 and offers services to asset managers and high net worth investors interested in late-stage private equity transactions. His firm, which caters to high-net-worth investors stateside and abroad, conducts independent due diligence and analytics to identify quality investment opportunities in companies and real estate projects with objectives of an exit event in 3 to 5 years. Since founding Private Equity Direct, Thomas P. Ivanyi has successfully completed 14 transactions and fulfilled 6 advisory assignments. Concurrent with his work on behalf of Private Equity Direct, he continues as the senior member of iTvTrax, LLC and Hampton Partners Ltd. He established the former in 2004 to oversee the creation of a proprietary television audience measurement system that he invented and patented in 2001. At Hampton Partners, a private investment banking firm he co-founded in 1989, Mr. Ivanyi focuses on raising capital for mid-sized companies, providing guidance on restructuring, and advising on a variety of business matters.
