His experience is dynamic and leverages cross-functional career opportunities spanning Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, Human Resources, and International Business Development. This depth and breadth of experience ultimately creates an ability to think and operate across the enterprise. While aligning with stakeholders and executive teams in a more meaningful manner. This capability has been successfully incorporated into roles and industries spanning consumer-packaged goods, value-added food, food ingredients and foodservice. Mr. Moragne aligns vision to strategy driving the creation of value propositions. Mr. Moragne most recently, as Chief Sales Officer (Section 16 Officer) at Farmer Brothers where he led the revenue turnaround of the business post Covid growing the top line for 10 consecutive quarters. Mr. Moragne, previously held several senior leadership roles with International Agriculture Group, Chiquita Brands International, British American Tobacco and L’Oreal, while working heavily internationally as well US domestic. His primary mission is to provide advisory for C-suite executives and Senior Leadership teams that create a range of strategic options to aid in the building of new profitable revenue streams. Mr. Moragne, is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, is well travelled internationally and speaks Spanish as a second language. He is married to his wife Dana, of 34 years with two adult children and two grandchildren.
