Frank Martin

Frank Martin is a Latin American entrepreneur, investor, and product strategist with over a decade of experience building and backing transformative tech ventures across the region. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pulpos.com, an AI-native SaaS platform empowering small retailers in LatAm to digitize their operations—from point of sale and inventory to invoicing, ecommerce, and embedded fintech. Previously, Frank co-founded Restorando.com, the leading restaurant reservation platform in Latin America, acquired by Tripadvisor. His deep expertise in vertical SaaS and product-led growth has made him an active early-stage investor and board member in the LatAm tech ecosystem. Frank is currently a board member and key investor in Fu.do (often referred to as the “Toast for LatAm”), and a board member at InvertirOnline, one of the leading investment platforms in the region, often compared to “Robinhood in LatAm.” He focuses on supporting mission-driven SaaS startups that are reimagining traditional industries with software and data. Selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2012, Frank continues to mentor emerging founders across the region. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and started his career as a Product Manager at Telecom Personal, where he built large-scale consumer tech products. Frank is passionate about AI, financial inclusion, and building purpose-driven technology companies that unlock real-world value for underserved markets.
