Steven Tang's passion is to mentor entrepreneurs towards success. He has a consistent track record that both investors and entrepreneurs have come to rely upon. He has hit multiple home runs with exits between 3X to 50X ROI. Steven has over 30 years of experience with high technology companies and listed companies in US, Hong Kong, and China, holding various executive roles including Chairman, CEO, President, V.P. operations, V.P. sales and marketing, general mmanager, shareholder, and active director. Steven 's working experience spanned semiconductor and integrated circuit business with National Semiconductor, Honeywell, Coolsand Semiconductor, and RDA Microelectronics, Steven has been working with the buyout teams Mills & Partners and Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst (who worked on the FCI Interconnect and Viasystems). Steven was also the president AP in Viasystem and the regional head for Amphenol , Pace Inc., and Utilux building and growing the companies in Asia Pacific region. Steven was later working with Warburg Pincus, one of the leading PE funds focusing on China and Taiwanese investments; after successfully get RDA through IPO, it was sold for US$910 million in 2014. For the past 20 years, Steven has been successfully helped a string of companies through IPO and listed on NYSE, Nasdaq and HKSE. Steven helped listed Viasystems (NYSE : VG), Vital Mobile Holding (HKEx 6133), and RDA Microelectronics (Nasdaq : RDA) and was involved in several others in Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchange. He was the former chairman of Holding (HKEx : 8166), director of Wanji (HKEx : 0835). He currently serve as executive director in Vital Mobile Holdings and an independent director of Greenheart Holdings (HKEx : 0096) and working as advisor and director a number of boards of privately held companies. Steven participated as deputy-chairman of the China Printed Circuit Association between 2004-2006 and he is currently a committee member of Guangzhou City CCPCC, as well as the committee member of the Baiyun District CCPCC (both are representative for the business community advising the Guangzhou Government). Steven graduated from Nottingham University, UK, in electrical and electronic engineering specialized in telecommunication and electronics with a BSc. (Hons) and received an MBA from Bradford University , UK, specializing in economics and forecasting.
