Shawn Fry

Shawn Fry is a healthcare executive and technology innovator with over 25 years of experience in healthcare operations, medical data science, and clinical artificial intelligence solutions. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OptimalMD Technologies, LLC, a company pioneering transformative healthcare accessibility by leveraging personalized medicine to remove barriers, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes independent of insurance and Medicare restrictions. Prior to OptimalMD, Shawn founded and served as Executive Chairman of Prevalent, Inc. (DBA Prevalent Health) and Axcension, Inc., where he developed advanced analytics solutions that optimized revenue cycle management, enhanced clinical documentation, and recovered billions in revenue for major hospital networks, laboratories, and physician groups. Under his leadership, Prevalent Health built a robust infrastructure managing data for over 50 million patients and was acquired by iMedX, a portfolio company of RFE Investment Partners, in July 2019. Earlier, as Chief Information Officer at Renaissance Hospitals, Shawn implemented data-driven strategies that streamlined operations, improved patient acquisition, and generated millions in new revenue through innovative business intelligence and automation.
