John Welin

I am the shop guy at mHUB. We provide our members with $5M in capabilities to build prototypes and launch small scale production. My staff and I train and supervise users in labs dedicated to wood work, metal fabrication, CNC machining, plastics work, 3D printing, laser cutting, electronics, textiles and testing. Prior to joining mHUB, I managed Illinois Tech's Idea Shop, a busy academic fabrication space. And before that, I made all sorts of things for all sorts of clients.
