DEAN GALASSO - SOUTH FLORIDA REAL ESTATE ENTREPRENEUR Based in South Florida, Dean Galasso serves as president of Mannahatta Properties and over the past decade has expanded to a portfolio of 10 prime holdings in the Miami Beach area. Dean Galasso oversees all owned properties and strives to ensure that they are managed professionally and responsively. Mr. Galasso earned his bachelor’s degree in business in New Britain at Central Connecticut State University. Prior to moving into the real estate sphere, he was based in Rahway, New Jersey, and served as president of Allstate Power Vac from the early 1990s to 2009. The firm he led has since merged with Cycle Chem and Clean Venture to form the environmental services provider ACV Enviro. Presently focused on golf, Mr. Galasso has a background in sports that included participating in the state wrestling championship. He maintains a strong interest in the real estate industry and works to maximize property and investment potential based on current trends. Community focused, Dean Galasso is active with the veterans service organization Wounded Warrior Project.
