Andreea Danila

Andreea Danila is a Partner at GMC, an award-winning data and research-driven early-stage venture capital firm with $100 million of capital. At GMC, she focuses on investments in artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, decentralized finance, and cloud computing companies across North America and Western Europe. Before founding GMC, she served as a transaction advisor on over $10 billion in mid-market transactions across the banking, technology, and retail sectors in the Gulf region. Andreea played an instrumental role in the capital formation of Zand Bank, a prominent licensed digital and commercial bank in the UAE. Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A), buyouts, corporate strategy, private equity, and venture capital. Andreea holds a BA from Hult International Business School, with a specialization in finance. She has been recognized as a member of PEWIN, the leading association for alternative asset management in the United States.
