Shamez Kanji

Since joining North Hill Ventures in 2000, Shamez has worked closely with portfolio companies in the payments, banking, and infrastructure technology sectors. Before joining North Hill, Shamez was co-founder and Managing Director of The Clearview Group, a startup incubator. Prior to Clearview, Shamez was co-founder and EVP of Sales, Business Development and Strategy at Corda Medical. Shamez began his career as a strategy consultant at The Parthenon Group and at Bain and Company. At North Hill, Shamez has specialized in payments and infrastructure. Shamez’s representative investments include: Higher One (ONE: NYSE IPO 2010), eCredit (acquired by Fidelity Investments), and CellIT (acquired by Aspect Software). Shamez holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
