Previously spent 15 years at Atlassian, coming in as first Atlassian business hire and one of two ‘lieutenants’ to founders where I was focused on all GTM (website, inside sales, product marketing, promotion, channel program) & scaling operations (customer support, ecommerce, process automation, knowledge base, scaling technical support, NYC office expansion, EULA & pricing) to $10m. Lead sales & marketing (commerce, sales operations, customer service, renewals/success, pre-sales, acquisition integration, SF office expansion, exec team member) to $50m in Sydney. Headed Demand Generation in San Francisco to $100m. Moved to Amsterdam to run EMEA Sales & Marketing through to $300m. Returned to San Francisco to run International Marketing through to $1b. Previous experience in Management Consulting (Cambridge Technology Partners & Novell), Investment Banking (Malaysian/Chinese Family Office), Digital Production & Management (ninemsn & Village Roadshow), Web Development & Entrepreneurship (multiple projects during DotCom).
