Victoria joined Citi Ventures in 2014 to invest in entrepreneurs developing transformative new technologies and creating innovative new business models. Victoria covers data & analytics, commerce & payments, fintech & insuretech, customer experience developer tools, and enterprise IT. In January 2020, she launched the Citi Impact Fund alongside Citi partners in GPA and SPRINT. The $200MM fund invests in sustainability, infrastructure, workforce development and financial capability. Within the Citi Impact Fund, she spends her time primarily on HealthTech, FinTech, and Diversity in Leadership. She's passionate about economic mobility and equal opportunity. Prior to Citi Ventures, Victoria was with Core Innovation Capital, where she invested in early stage companies digitizing, democratizing, and disrupting financial services. Before joining Core, Victoria consulted for venture funds NYC Seed and Foundation Capital. She worked on NimbleTV, a digital media streaming startup (acquired). Previously, Victoria was a private equity investor at HIG Capital. Victoria began her career at Citi, where she advised companies on capital raising, M&A, joint ventures, and IPOs. Victoria is a Kauffman Fellow and InSITE Fellow. Victoria has an MBA from Columbia University, where she graduated with honors, and a BS from Georgetown University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
