Falco Valkenburg

My name is Falco Valkenburg. I am married, a father of two and an actuary and investment analyst by training. For years my job was to help optimise costs and risks of employee benefits for large multinationals. Once I realised that happiness is the only true employee benefit, I left my leadership role at Towers Watson and started my own business. I now focus fully on creating an economy of Genuine Wealth, an economic model that evolves around the well-being of people and our planet. With an open mind and due diligence, I invest my energy, expertise and resources in happiness endeavours that rock our world. I am currently also the Chairperson of the Pensions Committee of the Actuarial Association of Europe and advise the EU on changes to the European Pension Directive.
