Mark Mackenzie

Mark Mackenzie is the Managing Director of Private Placements at UBS Investment Bank since February 2015. Mark's team helps the right entrepreneurs, companies and venture capitalists partner with the right investment managers, late stage VCs, hedge funds, sovereigns and/or high net worth families. With companies growing much larger while still private, the fund raising, tax, secondary liquidity, post-IPO trading, international expansion and other financial needs have become much more complex. Mark's team strives to bring best practices, structure and transparency to the market. Previously Mark was a Senior Analyst and Head of TMT VC at AllianceBernstein, an Investment Banker for Media and Communications Lehman Brothers and Manager of Beijing and London office at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers). Marke earned his MBA in Finance from New York University in 2000 and his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas in 1992.
