Michael Sikorsky is a software developer known for his notable contributions to software development, organizational design, innovation, and business and investment achievements; selling his first company at age 28 to ThoughtWorks He is the founder and CEO of Copia Wealth Studios, chairman and principal of Sky and Ray Family Office, guest lecturer and author. Michael is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Winner, Deloitte Fast 50 Recipient and serial innovator. Additionally, Michael founded Robots and Pencils in 2009; a professional service firm specializing in mobile application development. With a growth rate of 4,971% in its first five years, Robots & Pencils was named the 34th fastest growing company in North America by Deloitte. Michael credits Robots & Pencils’ success to following the talent, which he sold in 2017. His most recent company, Copia Wealth Studios, capitalizes on the tidal shift in asset allocation. Copia gives wealth holders a more personal relationship with their wealth - and gives them the tools to navigate the generational transitions occurring within their family, and their portfolios. Also, Michael co-created an innovation process called ‘FunLabs’ which saw its first product, Missions, acquired by Slack. FunLab's was also featured in Rita Mcgrath's latest best selling book, "Seeing Around Corners" on page 179. Michael is passionate about education and has guest lectured at Harvard Business School, Stanford, MIT, Columbia Business School, University of Alberta, Tiger21, Global51, and the World Economic Forum. He received the MarTech Breakthrough award in the category of Customer Experience Innovation in 2021. Michael is an active member of Tiger21, Global51 and the Entrepreneur’s Organization for over a decade.
