Natalia Rincón

Natalia Rincon, an influencer, is the Founder and CEO of CHAOS architects. The company started under her leadership in 2015 and since then CHAOS architects has become the leader in developing interfaces and data platform for citizen engagement and urban planning. She is an architect and computer science engineer, and currently working on her doctoral dissertation at Aalto University in Helsinki. She is also a Business Tampere ambassador and an advisor for foreign talent at the Ministry of Employment and Economy of Finland. She is deputy councilor in Tampere and member in three urban planning committees. She is a frequent speaker at conferences, on topics such as the future of smart cities, citizen engagement, artificial intelligence and female entrepreneurship, and equality.
