Kyle Lefkoff

In his thirty-eight years as a venture capitalist, Mr. Lefkoff has invested in 62 Colorado companies.Mr. Lefkoff founded Array BioPharma in May 1998 with Marv Caruthers and a group of Amgen scientists. Mr. Lefkoff was the Chairman of the Board of Array from its inception through August 2018, when Array’s targeted therapy for melanoma was approved by the FDA. In July 2019, Array was acquired by Pfizer for $11.8 billion in cash, the largest acquisition of a venture-backed life sciences company in the history of Colorado.
