Daniel Bookstaber

Dan Bookstaber is Vice President of Platform. Dan has spent his entire career building technology to make better, data-driven investment decisions. He is passionate about aggregating and structuring financial data and designing scaleable platforms. Dan leads the vision and execution of the Addepar platform and manages our data integration, data operations and platform solutions teams. Dan joined Addepar in 2012 where he built several successful relationships with funds and fund administrators. Prior to Addepar, Dan was a partner at Copia Capital where he was the director of research, managed a strategic overlay portfolio and communicated investment strategy to investors. He built a proprietary data-driven platform that became the core of the investment process that was subsequently purchased by other investment management firms. Before Copia Capital, Dan developed quantitative trading strategies and portfolio management systems at Frontpoint Partners and AQR Capital. Dan graduated with honors in applied math and computer science from Brown University in 2005.
