Travis J. Milks

Mr. Milks is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing growth equity investments. He has more than eleven years experience advising and investing in technology and growth companies. Mr. Milks currently maintains board observation responsibilities at Stonehenge portfolio companies Proficient Auto Transport, Inc. and Dixie-Southern. He previously held board observation responsibilities for VectorLearning, Inc. (Acquired by LLR Partners). Mr. Milks is also active in the following organizations: Florida Venture Forum, University of Tampa, Tampa Bay Technology Forum Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Milks was an Associate in the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Keegan & Company. While at Morgan Keegan, he assisted clients from various segments of the technology marketplace including enterprise software, specialty semiconductors and security technologies. Mr. Milks has participated in several private and public equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also worked as a Summer Business Development Manager in the Online Services Division of Microsoft Corporation. He earned a B.S. in Finance, with honors, from the University of Tampa and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
