Felix Shpilman

Co-founder and Venture Partner at Moses Capital, a fund of funds that invests globally in pre-seed and seed VC funds. Member of the Board of Directors, President, and CEO of Emerging Travel Group. He joined Emerging Travel as VP of Strategy in 2013, was promoted to COO in 2014, and oversaw all the commercial, operational, and financial business functions during his tenure. In 2017, he replaced Serge Faguet as CEO. As CEO, he expanded the business internationally and grew it to $2B+ in GMV. Felix was the Co-founder and General Partner of Start Fund, an early-stage investment fund in San Francisco that has invested in 400+ startups. Some of Felix’s notable investments at Start Fund include Uber, Gusto, Coinbase, Doordash, Instacart, and AngelList. Felix was an early employee at DST Global. At DST Global, Felix was part of the small investment team that had invested in Facebook, Twitter, Airbnb, and Spotify. Felix attended the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he studied business strategy and received a dual degree in Finance and Strategy.
