Business and product leader with a proven track record of driving commercial growth through the development and deployment of emerging technologies. I have built and led diverse, complex multi-country, multi-functional teams and accumulated 15 years of experience leading complex programs in e-commerce, travel, and digital payments organizations, as well as founding and scaling start-ups. Currently, I am responsible for Prime & Marketing for Amazon's European Exports business. In this role, I am driving expansion efforts to bring Amazon and Prime to millions of customers in Europe. Previously, I’ve led multiple programs to navigate Amazon EU Marketplace and its millions of merchants across changing financial and environmental regulations; helped launch Amazon.se (Sweden) and Amazon.com.tr (Turkey) by leading retail selection and vendor onboarding (+82% and +37% vs. launch goals) as well as building and owning P&Ls of consumer electronics categories (45% and 70% of first year country GMS); led digital transformation in Goldman Sachs portfolio company Jolly as its Chief Strategy Officer (increased online sales +120% YoY); launched Hepsiburada's digital payments subsidiary Hepsipay by owning product development roadmap and go-to-market strategy; and as an entrepreneur and investor, built Turkey's leading online physician booking platform Doktortakvimi, acquired by Docplanner, delivering 20x+ IRR on the invested equity.
