Jim Eberlin

Jim Eberlin founded Gainsight by discovering a new opportunity to ensure customers were adopting products as well as using them to their fullest potential.He discovered this, in part, due to the recurring revenue model of his previous company that he founded, Host Analytics. At Host Analytics, Jim and co-founder, Sreedhar Peddineni built a leading SaaS corporate performance management company. Prior to Host Analytics, Jim was co-founder and CEO of Tapestry Computing FAS, a top 20 Oracle consulting firm specializing in financial analytics and ERP software implementations. Jim led Tapestry to a successful acquisition by Braun Consulting/Fair Isaac. Jim’s companies have been published in books such as Renting Business Applications, by Mary Lacity and Getting Partnering Right, by Neil Racham, author of Spin Selling.
