Richard Drach

Entrepreneur specializing in Sales & Marketing, Coaching & Training, Leadership Development, and Business Management. Richard grew up in Pennsylvania and attended Temple University to study Biochemistry. After graduation, he worked in research and development at Merck & Co., before eventually moving into a management role within the manufacturing division. While considering whether to enter pharmaceutical sales, Richard found that he needed entry-level sales experience. In order to learn these skills, Richard began working for a marketing company selling fiber optics to businesses in Philadelphia for Verizon. As Richard progressed throughout the industry, he’s had the opportunity to work on 10 sales campaigns for various Fortune 500 clients in 8 markets all throughout the country. Richard began focusing on his leadership and management skills and in April 2013, became an entrepreneur working with two of the largest telecommunications companies in the US.
