Rick Garson is the CEO and founder of VX Entertainment. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Rick has become a prominent executive in the world of entertainment. Those who are familiar with his work see him as both a creative visionary and a leader. He has always been at the forefront of business ventures and production value when it comes to content creation and international multimedia engagement. Before turning his ambitious nature towards the world’s first-ever studio/showroom combining the latest in cutting-edge technologies all under one roof, Rick Garson developed ZZYX Entertainment. ZZYX Entertainment is a full-service media company that was founded in 2007 to create, produce and own television and film programming. The ZZYX team can be credited with the creation of shows such as the Billboard Music Awards, the Blockbuster Awards, America’s Party Live New Year’s Eve TV Specials from Las Vegas, Super Bowl TV Specials, World Music Awards, and the Global Harmony Concert Series, which launched with Divas in Beijing. As the owner of Garson Entertainment, he brought together the top-performing R&B and Hip-Hop artists and NFL players to create the highly successful NFL Jams and NFL Country CD/Home Video series, as well as creating the MTV NFL Jams MTV Super Bowl TV Special. As President and CEO of Billboard Entertainment, Rick played a prominent role in many projects including the first successful pay-per-view music special by the Rolling Stones. He also packaged and promoted the 10th Anniversary John Lennon TV Special, as well as created McDonald's video magazine, the Blockbuster Awards, the New Kids on the Block pay-per-view specials, and produced an ongoing premium campaign for Entertainment Weekly that was considered to be the “the most successful premium offer” by USA Today. He also created and executive produced the Billboard Music Awards.
