Mustafa Kheriba

Mustafa Kheriba is the CEO and Managing Director of Arithma Capital. He is currently focused on helping listed and non-listed entities extract shareholder value through him serving on their respective boards and advising them. Mustafa is the Ex-Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Asset & Wealth Management at Shuaa Capital where he oversaw all deal origination, structuring, fund raising, portfolio management and special purpose investments. Additionally, Mustafa managed the investment activities, portfolio companies and platforms of the group, and headed the business development for Shuaa and all subsidiary companies. Mustafa served and still serves on many coveted financial services and insurance companies board of directors in the GCC, MENA and Europe. He was instrumental in developing Abu Dhabi Financial Group from a small boutique firm in 2011 to a $14bn AUM Asset Manager based in Abu Dhabi, post-merger with Shuaa Capital. Mustafa previously held senior posts in financial services and investment companies in the GCC, USA and Canada. He has been named among the top 50 MENA Fund Managers in the 2015 and 2016 annual survey conducted by MENA FM. Mustafa holds a BA from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University.
