Michael Segal

Michael Segal is an angel investor and entrepreneur. He is currently founder and CEO of Skylight Frame (www.skylightframe.com), a fast-growing direct to consumer electronics brand. Previously he was Vice President in Bessemer’s San Francisco office, where he focused on early-stage investments in the developer platform, consumer web, and e-commerce sectors. He has sourced or played a significant role in the firm's investments in Guild Education, Groups, Periscope Data, Hightower (now VTS), npm, Stratim (formerly Zirix), Adapt.tv (acquired by AOL), Involver (acquired by Oracle), and others. Michael also served as a board obsever for many of these companies. Michael holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, and a BA degree, summa cum laude, in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College.
