Douglas Heingartner

Douglas Heingartner is a journalist and publisher, and is currently the editor of SuchDigital.com and SuchScience.org. He is a media specialist with 20 years of experience in journalism and public affairs, and has written about science, technology, politics, art, architecture, and more for publications including The New York Times, The Economist, Wired, New Scientist, BBC Future, The Washington Post, The Associated Press, IEEE Spectrum, Quartz, The Village Voice, CBS News Radio, and Frieze. From 2003 to 2009, he produced a daily radio program for Wired Magazine that was broadcast on CBS News Radio. He also has extensive experience translating books and publications from Dutch to English. Some of his translation work includes books about architecture, art, photography, and Dutch culture and history. He has translated books published by organizations such as the Carnegie Foundation, Netherlands Design Institute, and Museum of Contemporary Art Herzliya. He graduated from Colgate University in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in English.
