David Parenti

Dave Parenti is the Senior Director, Strategy, Planning and Platform Infrastructure, Engineering of Advisor360°. He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dave Parenti joined the Dell Technologies Capital Corporate Development team in 2016 and provides technical thought leadership for both venture investment and M&A activity and helps develop inorganic strategy.   Prior to joining Dell Technologies Capital, Dave held technical leadership roles within the midrange storage division of EMC.   Before EMC, Dave worked at Sun Microsystems designing and developing systems software for Sun’s storage division as a result of the acquisition of storage virtualization startup Pirus Networks in 2002, where he was a member of technical staff.   Dave holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is co-author on several patents related to storage systems and management software.  He is based in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.   Dave represents Dell Technologies Capital on the board of directors of the following companies: Primary Data.
