RJ Jones is Vice President of Investor Relations at Life360 (NASDAQ: LIF, ASX:360). Before joining Life360 for its US IPO, RJ was Vice President of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Sustainability at Similarweb (NYSE: SMWB). Prior to joining Similarweb, RJ headed the iBuying and Home Improvement businesses of kwx, the holding company for Keller Williams. Immediately prior to joining kwx, RJ was the Chief Operating Officer for Ferry International, a leading real estate agent coaching and training company. Before joining FerryIntl, RJ was Executive Vice President of Finance & Growth at eXp World Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPI), where he ran corporate & business development, financial planning & analysis, and investor relations. Prior to joining eXp World Holdings, RJ was VP of Investor and Corporate Relations at Zillow Group (NASDAQ: Z, ZG). While there he managed relationships with institutional shareholders and regularly presented the Zillow Group story to investor, industry and consumer audiences. He led efforts enabling the Company to raise over $2 billion through public equity and convertible offerings. He possesses extensive M&A experience as he was a key member of 8 deal teams totaling nearly $3 billion in transaction value. Prior to joining Zillow Group, RJ was chief marketing officer and partner with Kosmos Funds, a Seattle-based alternative investment manager, where he led the capital raising efforts for the initial $100 million startup fund. Previously, he worked as a hybrid buy-side and sell-side investment analyst directing up to $500 million of consumer and retail equities investments for Ragen Mackenzie of Wells Fargo Investments. He also previously ran investor relations for Nordstrom. Prior to that RJ joined the team that created the boutique investment bank, Delafield Hambrecht, where he led the consumer equity research efforts of the firm. RJ currently serves as a member of the board of directors at inAssist Health Solutions, a provider of automated auditing of health insurance for consumers that prevents errors and fraudulent billing. RJ was previously a PIPELINE National Mentor - PIPELINE is an exclusive community of entrepreneurial leaders building high-growth companies in the Midwest, supported with grants from the Kauffman Foundation. Before embarking on a civilian career, RJ was a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. His assignments included company commander and platoon leader positions as a qualified airborne ranger and senior parachutist, with two deployments to Haiti for peace enforcement, peacekeeping and humanitarian missions. He holds a bachelor's in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
