Winslow Sargeant

Winslow Sargeant is a Sr. Advisor for Globalization and Head of Capital Markets at Genaesis and the Managing Director of S&T, LLC, a firm supporting investment and business development for early-stage growth companies. From 2010-2015, he served as the Chief Counsel for Advocacy in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Advocacy. President Obama appointed him to this position in August 2010. Dr. Sargeant was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate in November 2011. From 2006-2010, he served as Managing Director for Venture Investors, LLC, an early stage venture capital firm in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Sargeant is Senior Vice President with ICSB (ICSB.org). He is a co-founder of Aanetcom, Silatronix, and Bridgestage.com. Dr. Sargeant is a WARF trustee. He earned a Ph.D in electrical engineering from UW-Madison and is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 11).
